We offer a bespoke property management service, which can be tailored to your specifications. Many tenants now expect a property to be professionally managed. We aim to ensure this is done as effectively and economically as possible with a personal touch. Fee 14% including VAT
Short Term Rentals
Bellman London Ltd has a specialist short term letting department that is experienced in maximizing rental yields while maintaining the properties to a high standard. These lettings are for rental terms less than six months. Fee 20% including VAT.
Interior Design
We advise and assist with refurbishment of property, project management, complete furnishing and furniture rental. We work alongside a team of award winning interior designers. Fee 17% including VAT.
Property Search
We are able to provide detailed property searches following the clients chosen criteria and using the companies extensive local contacts. Fee 2% including VAT.
Investment
We can offer you expert advice on investment properties. We can advise on suitable opportunities and strategy as well as monitor market trends, manage portfolios and conduct performance analysis. Fee 2% including VAT
