Bellman London is the culmination of generations of property knowledge and expertise. The origins of the business date back to the lettings portfolio compiled by Rita Belforti in the 1960’s. Following in her footsteps her daughter Silvana Manzi built up the business and gained extensive experience in West and Central London Property.
In 2015 Silvana’s son Francesco expanded the business to encompass estate agency and property consultancy services and Bellman London Ltd was born. The name points to the origins of the business combining the best of both the Belforti and Manzi families.
The name also references Richard Bellman who was an American mathematician who formulated the Bellman equation, used to optimize performance in a variety of fields. Today the agency is focused on prime London property; Rita still keeps a watchful eye on the business. We are focused on achieving the highest standards of service and professionalism and that is why we are ARLA and TPO registered. Caterina, Silvana’s daughter joined the business in 2016 to run and expand the short term rental business.
